Join us under the energy of the Full Moon for an evening of deep restoration and sound healing. Gurudhan, Sirgun Kaur, and Cristina Dellano will guide you through a meditative journey using gongs, crystal sound bowls, Tibetan bowls, and chimes, creating a powerful soundscape to support relaxation and inner alignment.

This is a space to let go, receive, and tune in to the calming vibrations as you rest and reset under the light of the Full Moon. All are welcome—come as you are.

What to Bring:

Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on

Blanket and pillow for comfort

Water bottle

No experience is necessary. Simply arrive ready to relax and be held in sound.
