About this Event
Goddess Yoga is the art of sacred and sensual movement. This practice is a fusion of vinyasa flow, somatic and belly dance inspired movement, breath-work, and throat activation. We begin class in a circle to create connection by sharing and supporting each other as women, then move into intentional movement that supports awakening the feminine divine within.
Goddess Yoga is intended for all women and female identifying, and is perfect for all levels.
Bring your mat, blanket for the knees, water bottle, and an open heart as we come together to celebrate the magic of the solstice. Can't wait to see you there!
