Get ready to immerse yourself in a night of potent energy work and cosmic connections.
In this workshop, Dr. Brett Richard, chiropractor at Mana Chiropractic St Pete, & Allie Freeman, certified Reiki II & sound therapy practitioner, are teaming up to facilitate a transformative journey intended to connect you with universal life energy and create harmony within.
The night will begin with breathwork led by Dr. Brett to connect you with your body and clear your mind. Following, Allie will lead a meditative Sound Bath, fostering a sense of deep relaxation, emotional release, and energetic alignment.
