Goal: create space to check in on self-care practices, acknowledge needs, and create a plan for the coming month. Objectives: Find out what’s working well or is needed in people’s day-to-day self-care practice. Encourage people to articulate specifically what actions they can incorporate in an achievable way. Talk through specific actions people can take on varying scales, including what tools the shop has available to support their self-care practices.
Engage in self-care activities (could include but are not limited to: coloring, meditating, writing, dancing, listening to music, playing with toys, etc) during the session to help people leave with a fuller cup than when they walked in the door.
