About this Event
The full moon is a time for reflecting, centering yourself, and releasing what is no longer serving you. Each of us at Moon Feels has spent time crafting our own personal, solo full moon rituals. We thought what better way to share these rituals than by coming together for the third, Moon Feels - the Full Moon Feels Ritual Circle!
The event will take place on Thursday, December 8th at Moon Feels Studio in Amsterdam. Doors will open at 18.00 to slowly settle in, meet each other and have a tea. Please try to arrive no later than 18.30, because grounding and shifting your energy is pretty important! The ritual and program start at 19.00 with an introduction and personalized mini-guide for how this full moon will affect you. The night will carry on with a series of Rituals (meditation with crystals provided), guided journaling, releasing, setting intentions, and affirmations. We’ll end with an energized movement meditation, all led by Mama Moon Feels herself!
Our aim with this event is to create a safe space to practice these rituals while connecting with other spiritual individuals and building an even deeper sense of community. We are so excited to come together and happy the universe led you here.
According to the souls joining, will the ritual be held in Dutch or English. We are comfortable with both. But if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out at [email protected] or through our social media platforms.
What to bring:
- comfy clothing where you can move and meditate in
- waterbottle
- yoga mat if you have one (otherwise we will have for you)
- if you have any favorite crystal you can bring it
- your beautiful self and an open mind
