🌕 As the final Full Moon of the year (known as the Cold Moon) graces the December sky, it invites us into reflection, release and renewal. This moon marks a sacred pause and a moment to exhale the year behind us as we open gently to the energy of stillness, clarity and new beginnings.
🌕 Join Ashley Michelle Martin (Owner of The Yoga Dome) and Laura Bruno (Registered Psychotherapist) for a nourishing, mini retreat designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with your inner landscape.
🌕 Together, we will soak up the luminous energy of the Full Moon, sitting in community and sharing from the heart. Through Gentle Somatic Movement, Guided Somatic Breathwork, and a Collective Full-Moon card reading, you will be guided to soften tension, awaken the body’s innate wisdom and realign with your natural rhythm.
🌕 This cozy and intentional gathering will be held in support, by the fire with warm tea, and soul-nourishing connections.

🌕 This is a sacred opportunity to honour how far you’ve come, release what no longer serves you and step into the quiet wisdom of winter with grace and intention. As 2025 comes to a close, we gather beneath the energy of the Cold Moon to reflect, realign and plant the seeds of what we wish to call in for the year ahead.
