This Full Moon invites you to be conscious of how you are influenced by society ~ social training comes in many forms. You learn from your parents, school, and your circumstances. In the early stages of development, you absorb the environment around you and adopt habits, behaviors, and conditioned responses. You also live in a world full of other people and form concepts whose combined knowledge creates a collective consciousness ~ what kind of world are you choosing to create moving forward? ?
This Full Moon is about liberation and the path forward. Ask yourself what patterns appear over and over again, and see what you can learn from those patterns. Ask yourself if you are suppressing your true nature in any way because it is not accepted or respected by those around you. Notice what you do when you feel a truth inside you. Do you share it? Or do you repress it? This dance is an invitation to release that which does not reflect who you are at your core, and embody an energetic frequency that is aligned with who you are in your heart and soul ~ sharing your authentic vibration with the world. Remember that you are always contributing to the collective consciousness. Make sure the vibration you are adding is one of truth, authenticity, honesty, and love. ?✨

The roots of the ecstatic dance grow deep into the rituals of primitive tribes, who danced to express themselves, moved through stagnant energy, and liberated their energy in support from others.
By giving your body the ability to move freely, letting yourself go beyond the mind and into the heart, you allow yourself to dance into the feeling of oneness with your true self ~ embodying the consciousness of your body, cleansed of stereotypes and labels offered by society. This unity becomes the source of inner strength, confidence, expression, inspiration and unlimited opportunities for self-realization in the middle world - this physical plane.
~ Mama Cacao ? The heart opening plant medicine ~
There will be served a cup of Ceremonial Cacao, the beautiful, feminine spirit and keeper of ancient, sacred wisdom and knowledge. She is invited into the space to open your heart for the journey ahead. The spirit of Cacao is rich, dark and loving. She expands the mind and connects the human heart with the heartbeat itself. She holds the power to reveal what needs to be revealed, and guides us into directions of bliss, happiness and joy, but also directions of release, tears, grief, and the shadow sides within us. As the cacao sings through your body, I invite you to be open to what she wants to show and teach you.
