Come join us for a high-vibration guided meditation with sound therapy in a peaceful environment. This high-vibration self-care meditation relieves stress and tension and assists in raising your vibration. The flow of sound frequency connects with DNA, rearranges damaged cells and promotes healing as it touches the mind, body and soul.
Bring your mat, a cushion, light covering, eye mask (if you have one) and a water bottle. Chairs are also available. All participants receive a Serenity Sounds Crystal gift.
