About this Event
Join us in Pacifica for a 45-minute, donation-based yoga class for all levels. We are gathering in community to celebrate and welcome the energy of the Full Moon and Total Lunar Eclipse. While the eclipse peaks at 3:00 AM on March 3rd, we will circle together to honor its presence & energy.
Location: We will meet at the top of Esplanade Beach. If conditions allow, we will move down to the shore during low tide.
What to Bring: A yoga mat, water, and or a warm drink. Since it is still winter, please wear layers and bring a blanket (if you feel extra cold) and any props you need to support your practice such as yoga blocks, straps, bolster.
Inclusivity: This class welcomes all bodies & genders, BIPOC people and is accessible to everyone, even those who have never practiced yoga before.
Schedule & Logistics:
4:45 PM: Check-in begins
5:00 PM: Class starts
Parking: Plenty of street parking is available
Registration: Closes 8 hours before the event
