About this Event
After the wholeness of the full moon, we move into a time of waning. The light from the moon begins to fade. We as people shed the unneeded and unwanted. It is important to move into this time of release with acceptance and ease.
Resting in Savasana, you will be met with deeply immersive, visceral, and tactile sound and vibrations. You will not only hear the waves of sound, you will feel them. The crystal bowls alter your awareness of the present by shifting and adjusting your innermost center and internal climate.
We will use the full moon energy and crystal bowl vibrations as a beacon to hone into and realign our root, sacral, and throat chakras. The echoing sounds of Crystal bowls have been shown to reduce stress, fatigue, and depression symptoms.

A blanket
Any props you feel necessary for ease (mat / bolsters / pillows)
We encourage you to bring a journal and any crystals you may want to cleanse
