A gathering of powerful women ready to co-create their vision for heaven on earth, through community, healing, creativity and deep embodiment.
This is a Full Strawberry Moon in Capricorn and we are harnessing this fire sign's bold energy to fuel our manifesting FIRE!
Our moon sign is the truth of ourselves that we experience from the inside out. The full moon allows the veil between the seen and unseen to be perceived as almost non-existent. This gives us clarity and understanding of the energy that lies at the depths of our being. With this information at the surface we have the option to use this to further our growth and release anything that isn't in alignment with the highest version of ourselves, thereby embodying the truth of who we know ourselves to be-- A Divine Feminine Embodiment!
We will use vibration and intention as we move through rituals, meditation, breath-work, sound bath and embodied movement to cleanse, awaken and strengthen your divine feminine higher-self.
You will leave with tools and practices that calm the nervous system so that you can engage, fully embodied as your whole self, in every present moment, and as you walk out of this work-shop into life.
We will practice speaking, moving and breathing as the Queen embodiment you are!

- Welcome and tea time: crash course on energy, its role in manifestation, and how to apply it right now to create change in our lives.

- Havening and tapping techniques to ground into the body and calm the nervous system
- Breath-work for clearing stale energy from the body-mind

- Yoga mat/blankets/pillows for sound bath nesting
