About this Event
Join us on March 13th to harness and celebrate the energy of the full moon. During this moon circle, all are welcome to join us in the process of examining our personal narratives and gaining clarity on what may need to be rewritten. We will also participate in group activities and discussions and enjoy grounding practices to set the tone for the lunar month to come.
Harness the full moon's energy and attributes for sustainable healing. Collectively, we will cultivate an intentional space for growth and connection as we learn new tools to help us build our own moon rituals.
This Moon Circle will focus on:
Reflection & Affirmation: Through reflection practices, clarify your intentions and set affirmations for the next lunar cycle.
Storytelling & Connection: Using a narrative approach, share your story and reflect on what may need to be rewritten.
Meditation & Integration: Integrate new insights during a guided meditation.
What to bring:
Water bottle and journal + pen. Wear something comfortable. Optional: crystals and other spiritual or grounding items.
Included with your experience:
Freshly Brewed Tea

Meet your co-facilitators:
Nadia aka "Nadou" is an Amazigh-American storyteller, peacemaker, and facilitator deeply committed to healing arts as a necessary part of resistance, resilience, and regeneration. Born and raised in New Mexico, with formative chapters spent in southern Tunisia, Nadia draws from a rich tapestry of personal and communal ancestral narratives to inspire her work.
Nadia has invested in learning about peacemaking and transformative mediation. The art of words can be a powerful tool for resolving inner and outer conflict. Alongside reconnecting with dance, these practices are helping her evolve the somatic skills behind storytelling, weaving movement medicine into her craft.
Linnan is a yoga instructor, mindfulness guide, and community cultivator. She's a moon enthusiast and finds power in the grounding energy of the lunar cycles. She strongly believes in intentional collective healing and is dedicated to bringing people together through the healing arts. Her yoga classes focus on mind/body connection through mindfulness and interoception (internal physical and emotional awareness). Using tools such as breathwork, somatic exercises, meditation, and asana students build stronger mind/body connections. Let's heal together!
