About this Event
On Thursday, January 16th we’ll gather to honor the first full moon of 2025, the “Wolf Moon”. Through intentional release and energetic clearing practices, we’ll allow ourselves to embrace deep introspection, transmute past energy, and step into a sense of rebirth and renewal! This moon has deep ancestral roots and is named after the howling of hungry wolves, surviving through the cold of winter. The energy of this moon supports us in channeling our inner strength, looking deeper within, and being fearless in our pursuit of growth and expansion.
Harness the full moon's energy and attributes for sustainable healing. Collectively, we will cultivate an intentional space for growth and connection as we learn new tools to help us build our own moon rituals.
This Moon Circle will focus on:
Reflect & Release: Deepen your acceptance & self-compassion through a guided journaling practice that centers on examining and honoring all versions of yourself.
Energetic Clearing & Cord-Cutting: Release and clear past energy through a guided somatic meditation & sound bath.
Moon-Water Making: Harness the power of the moon & the element of water through an intention-infused ritual to support more alignment in the new year.
What to bring:
Water bottle and journal + pen. Wear something comfortable.
Optional: Vessel or jar with a lid for Moon Water Making. You may also bring any of your favorite crystals and essential oils to add to your moon water!
