In this sacred, non-judgemental space, I will encourage discussion, a guided rituals, and a full body tension practise, leaving enriched and uplifted. Come fill your spirit’s cup and discover your inner light. All souls over 16 years of age are welcome , just as they are, and be embraced by a truly supportive and growing of a local community sisterhood.
What to bring
- a bottle of water;
- Clothing and shoes you feel yourself in, Comfy flowy clothing, comfy shoes or easy take off shoes if you wish to be barefoot.
- A mug for tea;
- Any small personal items that is sacred to you such as a talismans, crystals, sea shell, feather.
- A folding chair if you are unable to sit comfortably on the floor; ( please inform me before hand if any physical complications or issues so I can ensure appropriate catering for you.
- An open loving mind & heart.
