The full moon has long been celebrated as a time to unite and reflect on our lives. A moon circle is a sacred gathering that honors key phases & potent energy of the lunar cycle. We will also examine the connection we have to these cycles within our lives. In our moon circle, we will be co-creating a safe space and sacred container that encourages connection, surrender, gratitude, healing and visualizing our future.
This all inclusive (every body is welcome) circle illuminates and reveals those things in your life that might otherwise go unexamined. In ancient communities, this circle was used to call in the divine feminine energy that is within us all and as a way of grounding, centering, and receiving higher wisdom.
The full moon circle symbolizes a completed cycle and reminds us of our oneness with the Universe. Be sure to wear comfortable clothes and bring water! Feel free to bring a yoga mat, journal, pillow, blanket and anything else that will be comfortable for you.
