Join me for my full moon workshop again ….I love teaching this sequence as everyone loves it and feels amazing afterwards. I add in my own variations and evolve the sequence each time.
A gentle flowing form that combines yin yoga with vinyasa into backbends, twists, and forwardbends. Chandra Krama was originally designed as a counterbalance to dynamic practices . This type of practice is valuable as it moves energy, builds strength, flexibility and greater ease in the body.
It focuses on the hips, upper back, shoulders and sacral areas.
We will flow - moving slowly and deeper. This restorative sequence relaxes the nervous system. It helps bring balance to the body in areas that are often neglected in fast-moving vinyasa classes. You can learn to tune into how the seasons and the phase of the moon affect and influence your body and mind. This sequence will help you rebalance energetically, psychologically, and physically.
Finding your Compass Meditation
Like the seasons maybe theres some seeds you would like to plant for the next coming months? NOT ALL intentions need to be set in january. We will finish our practice by letting go of whats been and create space to find clarity for the rest of 2024. We practice a meditation focusing on finding our compass and navigating the rest of 2024.
