Through mindful movement and breath, you'll create space to reflect, release, and set powerful intentions.
In the second half of the class, surrender into stillness as you're immersed in the healing vibrations of Pierce’s extensive collection of sound healing instruments. Let the soothing tones of Tibetan bowls, chimes, gongs, and other sacred sounds guide you into a state of deep rest and energetic renewal.
