The Blue lotus will be infused with love & we will nourish in this together putting any manifestations , gratitude out to the universe to the full moon đđ đđ otherwise know as the snow moon.
We will do some soft gentle movement opening up our bodies , tapping loosing and letting go very softly and gently before sharing the tea together đ
I will then guide you into a meditation & state of transcend đ§ââď¸ and as you begin to lie down relax you will be Surrendering in serenity, peace, tranquility.
Dissolve into balance, bliss & harmony â as you allow yourself to relax and receive the healing sounds of crystal bowls & Tibetan Singing Bowls, chimes .
