- INTRO -Tune into the beautiful energies of the full moon and its corresponding element. On a full moon, we reflect, let go and come out of our comfort zones. On a new moon, we turn inwards, connect to our inner sight, and call upon our intuition. Moon circles are ancient rituals where people come together to connect with the magic of the moon.
- CONTENT OF THE CEREMONY -
The ceremony starts with a meditation in which you arrive and check in with yourself, and to discover what brings you to the ceremony. After this opening, an introduction to the program of the ceremony will be provided.
In the full moon ceremony, elemental alchemy plays a central role. Elemental alchemy is all about which element is connected to the full moon and its constellation, and how you can use this element for your benefit or in the process you are in.
The element fire stands for transformation and setting healthy boundaries.The element water stands for flow and let everything unfold itself naturally. The element air stands for letting go and releasing that which no longer serves you. The element earth stands for connecting with yourself and grounding firmly into the root and core chakras.
Part of the ceremony is elemental yoga. Elemental yoga is movements that are ‘typical’ for an element, so you can tune into that element more. The movements are invitations for the element to be part of the process, as movement allows for integrating or releasing.
2 recurring elements of the full moon ceremony are meditation and movement. With meditation and movement, you create the loving space of awareness for the things you carry, and to ‘empty’ yourself from them. Which type of meditation and movement will be done is dependent on the energy of the moon.
You will set an intention for the full moon which is used for reflection. Am I still on the right path? Are the things that I am doing still aligned to my goals? Am I allowed to let go of something? Or should I pay more attention to a specific theme?
After a tea break, you integrate your intention through yoga nidra, chanting mantras or breath work. Afterwards, you come together in a sharing circle in which you may wish to share your experiences.
The ceremony will be closed with a closing prayer, in which we thank the elements for providing strength, wisdom and health to us.

The full moon ceremony is suitable for all ages and all levels.
- WHAT YOU WILL LEARN -
During the full moon ceremony you will learn how to use the elements to rebalance yourself. You will be guided in absorbing the strength the element provides and use it for your benefit.

- ABOUT THE TEACHER -
Lalí has been educated in India & Australia in Yoga and Modern Mysticism. She has been an experienced vinyasa teacher for many years. During the full moon ceremony, she combines vinyasa with mystical and magical elements and practices to release and ignite.
