The first part of each session, led by Cat Bergeron, will focus on somatic release, a powerful practice that combines movement, breath, and awareness to gently unravel stored tension, emotions, and patterns held in the body. Supported with practical tools to navigate Virgo's perfectionistic tendencies, participants will be guided to liberate their mind and body of self-criticism and embrace deeper self-compassion.
Following the somatic release, Alex Drouin will guide the second part of the session with a mystical musical journey. Using an array of instruments and loops, Alex creates a sacred soundscape that encourages participants to let go of their analytical mind and immerse themselves in the healing vibrations of sound.

En tant que thérapeute somatique, Cat guidera la première partie de la séance avec une pratique puissante qui combine mouvement, respiration et méditation pour dénouer en douceur les tensions, émotions et schémas emmagasinés dans le corps. Soutenus par des outils concrets pour naviguer les tendances perfectionniste de la lune en Vierge, les participant·e·s seront guidé·e·s à libérer leur corps et leur esprit de l'auto-critique pour faire place à une compassion plus ancrée.
Après la libération somatique, Alex Drouin guidera la deuxième partie de la séance avec un voyage musical mystique. À l'aide d'un éventail d'instruments et des loops, Alex crée un paysage sonore sacré qui encourage les participants à abandonner leur esprit analytique et à s'immerger dans les vibrations curatives du son.
