Please join Ceremonialist and Shamanic Practitioner Erika Lee for her monthly full moon ceremony! Each month Grandmother moon resides in a different astrological sign and carries new frequencies for us to learn and heal with. The light of the full moon offers us the gift of illumination, to help us see our blind spots and shadow parts. Each full moon ceremony is a potent opportunity to gather in circle and community. Together we will breathe, meditate, journey, share, and journal. At times gentle movement may be incorporated such as Qi Gong or Yoga Therapy. There is no previous experience needed.Everyone is welcome! Please dress comfortably, bring a journal, and an open heart and mind!
