We will begin the evening with our circle, I will share blue lotus tea and anointment oil if you would like to use. We will start the evening with some journal prompts (bring a notebook or journal!)and worksheets in accordance to this full moon then ease into a light sacred ceremony. I will begin with cleansing our circle with palo Santo, we can all pull a tarot & oracle card individually and I will pull one for the moon/everyone, we will have a mini cauldron to toss our intentions/desires/manifestations/affirmations that I will have paper for you to write down, you can share out loud or meditate on them, whatever you are comfortable with. We will close this ceremony with a short meditation. If any of this doesn't call out to you, that is okay too, you can just be apart of the communal space too, there are no rules- you do what feels best for you,I am just thankful you are there! Post ceremony, let's nurture our bodies- I always bring soup for us to share and create! I always provide soup and a snack. If you have art supplies, go ahead and bring them, or if you feel like just moving your body do that, that is the beautiful part of the Art Lounge, it has space for all creative minds. Recap:

There is a kettle and water with vessels available if you forget your water bottle or want a different tea. Message or email me if you have questions or concerns.
