This first full moon of the year has long been a symbol of survival, resilience, and introspection. Traditionally, the Wolf Moon derives its name from a time when people heard wolves howling outside villages during the cold winter nights, a sound that symbolized the scarcity of food and the raw beauty of nature’s struggles in winter.
Wolf Moon will appear in the zodiac sign of Cancer, which is ruled by the moon and associated with emotions, family, and inner security. The Cancerian influence heightens the reflective nature of this full moon, inviting a deeper awareness of emotional needs, family bonds, and community connections. This can be a time for looking inward and considering our "packs"—those closest to us—and how we support one another in times of need. The Wolf Moon's energy is often linked with finding security and warmth amid the harshness of winter.

Rebirthing breathwork can lead to intense physical and emotional experiences. If you find yourself in any of the following states - you are advised not to take part of the Breathwork.
If you have heart disease, high blood pressure, or respiratory issues - asthma or COPD. Severe mental health conditions, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or extreme anxiety, might find the experience too overwhelming - it could be more suitable to work 1:1 so you have the therapist/facilitators full attention.
Pregnant individuals and those prone to seizures. If you are recovering from surgery or physical injuries should wait until properly healed.
