We will start with a Cacao ceremony before Barb takes us within our hearts with a Guided meditation and her sound journey with her beautiful healing Crystal singing bowls - all tuned to 432hz, which decreases the body's production of the stress hormone cortisol, releases emotional blockages and expands our consciousness. It creates Unity instead of separation. It inspires Love, Compassion, and Harmony.
The journey will clear blocks and balance the chakra energies to help us release the Taurus Bull stubborn and rigid ways and allow us to soften and open up to the calm, determined, patient, stabile and secure energies the Bull also provides us.
