ABOUT:
Cacao is a natural heart-opening plant medicine that deepens your connection to your intuition and is a powerful tool for emotional and spiritual healing. When consumed intentionally it facilitates deeper connections with oneself and others and promotes feelings of love, gratitude, and compassion.
In this ceremony, we will use the energy of the full moon to shine a light on limiting beliefs, heart wounds, and unhelpful patterns within the heart center to create space and release all that is no longer serving you. This ceremony will be amplified with a heart kriya meditation, sound healing, and reiki energy healing to connect you to your heart and the way of being you want to embody.

Retail Therapy Az does NOT provide props, please bring the following with you to ensure you get the best possible experience:
*A Yoga Mat
*2-3 Blankets or a sleeping bag
*2 pillows or 1 pillow and a bolster (very helpful for under the knees if you have back pain)
*Anything else you need to be comfortable laying down on the floor. It is better to be overprepared than underprepared!
