A full moon circle to explore the energies of the Aries Full Moon & breathe, feel, release & reconnect to yourself.
About this Event

Join me for this Full Moon Circle where we will explore the theme of this month's Aries Full Moon in a supportive sharing circle.

This will lead us into a grounding meditation & some balancing breathwork to RELAX our mind & CONNECT to our bodies.

We will then move into a guided Conscious Connected Breathwork journey to a specially curated music playlist which will support you to move from your conscious to subconscious mind.

When this happens you are able to release thoughts, feelings & emotions that aren't serving you, increase your emotional resilience, access higher states of consciousness, awaken to your potential & expand your capacity for more joy in your life.

Anything is possible when you open your mind & heart to the power of your breath!

We will end with time to integrate your experience & the opportunity to share your experience if you choose to.

WHAT IS CONSCIOUS CONNECTED BREATHWORK?

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a simple yet effective breathwork technique that involves controlling your breathing pattern to regulate your nervous system.

Breathing in this way supports you to not only reconnect to your breath but also your true nature as you allow space for deep self- awareness, emotional integration, and higher states consciousness.

In doing so we can experience a release of stress, tension, pain, and trauma stored in our bodies which is responsible for physical, mental, and emotional blockages in our systems.

Other benefits include:

-Improved sleep and relaxation

-Reduced symptoms of anxiety, stress, and depression

-Ability to process and release old stories and patterns of unhelpful behaviour

-Improved mental health

-Increased resilience & strength

-Develop responsive rather than reactive behaviour

-Improved lung function and immune system

-Reduced fatigue and increased energy

-Pain management

Conscious Connected Breath is not a substitute for consulting your GP or

medical care provider. In the event of a known medical condition (physical, mental or emotional) please always seek advice from a health professional.
