This month’s Breath Magic will take place on the Full Moon. During this time the moon is bright and full in the night sky allowing for an opportunity to see more clearly and to re-evaluate. We can allow the moon light to illuminate the areas of our lives that are working and are not working. At the Full Moon we are half through the cycle (that started with the New Moon), we get a chance to release what isn’t working and focus on what is. This breathwork journey will support us to release what isn’t working, feel more clear, and create space for what we do want in our lives. Our evening will be enhanced by the light and energy of the Full Moon.

This practice combines the power of breathwork, movement, meditation, sound, energy, mindfulness, and intention in a ritual container for you to have your own unique experience.
You will be held and guided through an opening, a warm up, a breathwork journey with rest and integration, and a closing.
This specially curated journey syncs the breath with movement to encourage a sense of connection and flow; connection to ourselves, our bodies, our sensations, emotions, to the world around us, to our higher selves, and to a feeling of something greater (whatever that is for you).
We bring our focus and attention to what is already present and happening in the body and allow it to be expressed. The body carries so much wisdom and this practice can support us to get into our bodies and let that innate wisdom flow.
This evening includes music that is louder than you typically experience in meditation to support an environment where you can express yourself which may include breathing louder and making sounds.
The breath is always in motion and you will be encouraged to harness this motion to find where flow is already happening in our bodies and lives, and encourage this flow of energy.
You will be guided to use the breath as an anchor to focus your attention, enhance awareness, and strengthen presence. This can support you to be connected to what is present for you throughout your practice and tap into our your innate wisdom and body knowing.
This practice is a combination of breathwork and spiritual practice. Breathwork can allow deep releases and powerful transformation. As awareness is brought to each chakra with breath, focus, and intention, you may open to a feeling of inner trust and reverence, experience flow and balance, and create space to allow radical acceptance.
This space is yours to allow and embrace the journey and experience you most need.

Ticket is non-refundable but can be transferred to another person for the same date or with at least 48 hours notice it can be transferred once to the next Breath Magic event.

Alana is a Vita Certified Sex, Love, Relationship Coach, Yoga Instructor, Meditation and Breathwork Facilitator, and Reiki Practitioner. Her work focuses on mindfulness, the body, and energy practices with a trauma-informed approach. She has been deeply committed to her spiritual path and journey for 15 years.
