Experience an evening of self-care & beach-yoga under the glow of the full moon on Thursday, March 13th.This full moon is also the very first eclipse of 2025! It's an incredibly exciting moment because this eclipse starts a whole new 18-month cycle of change and transformation for each of us.
This GENTLE VINYASA Yoga flow is a chance to connect with yourself & community during this powerful celestial event.
This is beginner-friendly & CO-ED - all are welcome!!

PARKING:
Park Mobile pay to park spots
DIRECTIONS:
Enter the beach at the furthest to the right boardwalk bridge entrance by the condos
TURN RIGHT when you get on the beach and walk past the first few rock jetty's to the end of the beach (toward the channel)
It will take about 5+ minutes to walk from the parking area so please plan accordingly.

A lunar eclipse can symbolize introspection, change, and letting go of the past. It can also be a time to embrace new beginnings and receive messages from the universe. This is a perfect time to practice yoga and meditation.
