Join Navarre Beach Yoga Studio directly beside the Navarre Beach Pier every month during season for our Full Moon Beach Yoga community event. Typically, we have this event on the exact day of the full moon but it could be 3 days before or 3 days after, due to the studio and/or beach events happening at the same time.Experience a gentle yoga practice, healing quartz crystal sand, the sounds of the sea and the beautiful Full Moon over the Gulf of Mexico. Everyone is welcome to attend, this is an event for families, locals and visitors. Only adults need to register online, those under 18 are not required to register online as long as they have a guardian attending with them.
There is no charge for this service, but we do accept love-offerings on our website, in person and through Venmo. @navarrebeachyoga
Our Full Moon Beach Yoga community class invites you to unplug and turn inward, balance your energy, rejuvenate, replenish, and restore your body and mind. The practice will begin and end with the sacred sounds of crystal singing bowls.
PLEASE register online to reserve your space. It helps us serve our community better with setting up our sound system and land signs.

What to bring: A sheet/blanket for your yoga practice, a long sleeve shirt or jacket depending on the time of year, water in a reusable bottle and anything else that is going to help you enjoy your experience.
