Welcome to our Yoga and Meditation Full Moon event at South Pointe Beach! Join us for an evening of mindful movement and peaceful reflection as we harness the energy of the full moon to renew our intentions and connect with the natural world.
This event is open to everyone, whether you're a seasoned yogi or a curious beginner. Led by experienced instructors, our yoga practice will help you stretch, strengthen, and balance your body, while our guided meditation will quiet your mind and uplift your spirit. We'll also take time to honor the lunar cycle and celebrate the power of the full moon.
With a beautiful backdrop of the ocean and the moonlit sky, this event promises to be a unique and unforgettable experience. We're excited to gather with over 300 like-minded individuals, creating a sense of community and support that will enhance our practice and elevate our consciousness.
Please bring your own yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor yoga. We encourage you to arrive early to find your spot and settle in before the practice begins.
