About this Event
We will hold sacred space below the powerful full moon beach side.
We will start by holding a short full moon ritual where we will write down what we want to leave behind and what we want to welcome, releasing this note into the elements (via burning or giving it to the ocean).
We will then hold a soothing moonlight yoga flow and end in relaxing meditation to the sounds of the waves crashing.
Please bring large towel or sheets. No mats necessary.
Use park entrance on 83rd Street and Collins Avenue and follow pathway towards pavillions and beach. We will be set up with candlelight near yellow and green lifeguard tower on 83rd Street Beach.
There will be a local drum circle with every full moon to join after. Feel free to bring your instruments, wine, snacks and jam out after our ceremony!
