About this Event
🏋️♀️ Event Format & Flow
A typical full simulation includes the standard HYROX sequence of alternating runs and functional fitness stations:
- 1 km Run
- Ski Erg
- 1 km Run
- Sled Push
- 1 km Run
- Sled Pull
- 1 km Run
- Burpee Broad Jumps
- 1 km Run
- Row
- 1 km Run
- Farmers Carry
- 1 km Run
- Weighted Lunges
- 1 km Run
- Wall Balls
This sequence gives a total of 8 km of running and 8 fitness stations — same as a proper HYROX event.
We will have heats running every 8 minutes. Please be prepared to start anytime between 7am and 12pm. We will be running both doubles and singles as well as regular and pro weights!!
Heat times will be sent out Friday March 6th at 5pm.
