The September full harvest moon carries an energy of endings, symbolizing the connection between life and death, decay, natural cycles, and seasonal times.
It is a time to accept and welcome the darkness with open arms and spirit, and to take a moment to look back in history at your ancestors and the lessons they can teach you.
New revelations may occur now, particularly in the areas of our physical bodies, leadership skills, our ability to initiate and begin new things, and our close partnerships.
As we honor Grandmother Moon on this night, we will do a ritual to release anything which no longer serves us to make room for what you want to invite into your life.
Then we will relax in a meditation listening to the steady beat of the drum to help set the tone for the next moon cycle.
