✨ A soul-nourishing afternoon of ceremony, music, and healing ✨
Join us under the light of the Full Harvest Moon for a powerful and heart opening evening of Cacao Ceremony, Kirtan, and Sound Healing held at the beautiful Cedardale Barn just outside Ottawa.
We’ll begin with a grounding Cacao Ceremony to open the heart and connect to the spirit of the evening. From there, we’ll move into a vibrant Kirtan experience led by Joshua Earth, sharing devotional music and mantras to elevate your energy and ignite your inner light. Weather permitting, the Kirtan will be held outside.
We’ll then transition into a deeply restorative Sound Bath guided by Rachelle of One Wellness Ottawa, either inside the barn or under the sky, depending on the weather. Let waves of vibration and frequency clear your energy, align your body, and return you to inner peace.

🍵 Herbal tea and cookies will be served afterward as we gather in community and close the afternoon.
