Energy Connections workshops utilise Shamanic tools to Empower each participant in their Journey of Self-Discovery. Using Energy Healing practices to Intuitively Connect with the Inner Creator join our expert practitioners in a safe and sacred space.

This full day workshop combines Yin Flow Yoga, Shamanic Energy work, Meditation and breathwork. Enhancing your Intuitive connection to support spiritual growth we bridge the realms of the Spiritual and Physical worlds. This workshop works with the four elements to help individuals discover energy imbalances.

Unlocking our individual gifts we invite you to utilise these practices to focus on an area for self-healing. Throughout the workshop we provide short practices which you can embed in your daily
routine enhancing your personal wellbeing and spiritual practices.

Our full day workshop provides the opportunity to work with all four elements. These activities allow participants to rebalance the energy centres throughout the days practices. All of the activities and practices can be used to work on a specific area, or to promote relaxation and restoration.

We complete our day with a Shamanic ceremony acknowledging the transition we have made and welcoming new beginnings as we step into the souls potential.

Info: You can arrive from 10. 15am and help yourself to a cup of tea as we offer informal introductions to ourselves. We prepare to open our sacred space from 10.30am for the days events. This will include clearing the space , setting our intentions for the days work and embaking on our first meditation of the day to clear the energy centres. We continue the mornings session with a Yin yoga practice to help us release unwanted energy and relax to enjoy our practices.

Info: Vegetarian lunch will be provided by Holly's garden kitchen. Hot and cold drinks are available throughout the day and you are welcome to enjoy the surroundings with allocated time for comfort breaks in both the morning and afternoon sessions

Info: The afternoon session provides the opportunity to relax after lunch as we embark on our second meditation journey working with our mornings intentions on a deeper level. Combining some genetle breathwork practices to help us integrate and ground into the body we close the day with ceremonial work aknowledging the transition we have made throughout the days practices. Time for sharing and gratitude is offered, although this is optional for anyone who would like to participate. We will provide space for a comfort break, access to hot drinks and time in nature to help integrate the energies and celebrate our work.
