About this Event
Spend a full day in silence as we conduct a mid-year mindfulness retreat to reconnect with yourself. Be guided by fully accredited mindfulness instructor, Lim Han Ee, to connect your mind, body and soul, as we move through a full day of mindful movement, lunch and meditation. To close off, we’ll have an authentic discussion about the challenges we’ve faced, and how we can use what we’ve learnt on a daily basis. Learn more about yourself as we observe our emotions, thoughts and responses to stress.
This one-day retreat is located in a quiet corner within the heart of Singapore and we’ll focus on getting in touch with your inner self amidst the hustle and bustle of the city. To facilitate this, we ask that you:
- Bring your own yoga mat
- Allow yourself to disconnect from your devices
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing that you feel comfortable to move in
This secular retreat is open to everyone above the age of 21, regardless of religious background, gender identity and expression. Lunch is provided and all are welcome!
