• Opening circle and guided breathwork
• Crystal singing bowls, ocean drum, chimes, and buffalo drum
• Deep relaxation surrounded by the grounding, purifying energy of Himalayan salt
This experience supports release and nervous system regulation, helping you clear old energy and invite clarity for the cycle ahead.
