A fusion of pilates, yoga, and ballet barre movement, our Hot Barre class is a fun low impact class. Designed for older adults. This series will help you lean and tone your muscles to design a sculpted body, improve posture, and deepen the mind/body connection.
Every class targets every muscle group, but the class (and the playlist!) varies with each teacher. Our instructor, Tara, is already compiling a great playlist for you.
Practiced in a heated room and requires a yoga mat; a towel over the mat is recommended.
All levels and no prior yoga or ballet experienced is needed.
