Welcome to your Full Body Yoga flow. This class is great for all levels and focuses on the essential postures to build strength, manage stress and improve your mobility in a mindful way. This full body sequence includes options to suit all levels and is intended to give you a well rounded practice that you can come back to every day. The sequence includes a steady hatha yoga flow with breathwork, hip openers, backbends, standing balances and twists. It's designed to help you feel like you've given your body everything it needs to have a great day.
Sneha Challa happened upon yoga 14 years ago when she was pursuing her undergraduate degree in computer science in India. Since then she has been an avid practitioner of yoga, breathwork & meditation and also a program organizer and facilitator for several yoga, meditation, self-development programs which benefited a few hundreds of people in different cities of India and USA. She is a certified RYT 500H teacher with Sri Sri School of Yoga. Her workshops are inclusive, suitable for all levels and are focused on promoting good health & balance and peace. She believes yoga not just keeps the body healthy but also helps achieve the union between body, mind and spirit.
