Full Body ScrubThis session is an extra long form of our old class "Tension Tamer" using therapy balls and other tools to perform muscle trigger points and massage techniques. This session will go from top to toe and work with many problem areas.
Our aim is that you feel refreshed, invigorated and ready to get back to practice with some of the habitual tension of the body eased.
