About this Event
Dynamic full body Mat Pilates class designed to strengthen, tone and energize your body and goals. This class will combine mindful movement with powerful techniques to improve, core stability, and overall muscle tone all while keeping things fun and approachable for every level with modifications and extra challenges available.
Expect a mix of core work, glute and leg strengthening, upper-body sculpting, and mobility-warm up/cool down that leave you feeling strong, balanced, and refreshed. Bring yourself, your mat, and get ready to move in style with the Fabletics community.
When: Saturday October 18th
Time: 9am-10am. Please arrive 10 minutes early to secure spot on the floor
