Join Stephanie and Erin on Wednesday, November 5th from 6-7 pm for an immersive full moon sound bath experience.Stephanie will guide you through a light meditation while playing the singing bowls to help you release what no longer serves you and reflect on the foundations you've created this year while Erin does mini reiki sessions on each participant. As we wrap up the sound bath, we'll each take a moment to think about what we want to manifest in our lives and connect our emotions to our dreams and desires.
