Celebrate the Full Wolf Moon.Why the “Wolf” Moon? In January, amid the cold and deep snows of midwinter, the wolf packs howled hungrily outside Native American villages. Thus, the villagers began calling January’s full moon the Wolf Moon. Energetically full moons are great times to release anything that is no longer serving us that we are ready to let go of.
Melissa from Soul Sounds will be offering a sound bath featuring Peter Hess therapeutic singing bowls, along with chimes, gong, tongue drum, rain stick, etc. Brenda Brayko from Celestial Sounds will be playing her amazing gongs for us.
Please bring a blanket/yoga mat/pillow if you want to lay on the floor. Chairs will be provided as well.
