This listing is for registration in the full 3-part workshop series Unlock Your Body: Breaking Free from Bracing.The series is designed to gently unwind physical and emotional bracing patterns that contribute to ongoing tension and discomfort, with each session focusing on a specific area of the body.
Series schedule & focus:
January 8 – Neck & Shoulders
Releasing upper-body tension commonly held in response to stress, posture, and protective holding.
January 15 – Core & Breath
Exploring breathing patterns and core tension that influence stability, movement, and overall ease.
January 22 – Hips & Pelvis
Addressing chronic holding in the hips and pelvis to support mobility, balance, and lower-body comfort.
Registration through this event is for all three sessions in the series.
Individual sessions are listed as separate events and may be registered for individually.

Format:
• 3 sessions × 90 minutes each (in studio)
