About this Event
On occasion of this year’s London Marathon, we’re hosting an exclusive event for all runners here at the Westin London City.
You’ll start off with a short 5K guided run with like-minded individuals, then indulge in a delicious nutritional experience, and learn from a runWestin Ambassador on the best ways to set yourself up for success on the big day.
Whether that's beating your previous record, training for the London Marathon, or simply learning how to best show up for a cause close to your heart - we’ve got you covered.
The session will be led by Charlie Watson, aka @therunnerbeans, a multi-time marathoner and a NHS dietitian. She will guide you through the Westin Eat Well nutritional experience especially curated for this event which all guests will be able to taste, discuss how to fuel yourself while on the run and learn more about energy gels (with testers to take home!) – so you can get the most from your running journey in 2023.

· Mini blueberry muffins
As well as fuelling up at the event with this specially designed Eat Well menu, you will be able to take home recipe cards so you can replicate the same at home in preparation for your run.
EQUIPMENT: Running shoes and appropriate running clothing (you will be able to change and store valuables at The Westin London City)
