About this Event
Williamson County Residents only
Do you find yourself battling anxiety, sugar cravings, weight gain, and fatigue? In our hectic, over-scheduled lives, many individuals resort to fast food to alleviate stress and tackle the demands of work, family, and relationships. So, what steps can you take to escape this detrimental cycle?
Everyone has heard the saying, 'You are what you eat.' When it comes to anxiety, recent research indicates that nutritional factors frequently play a significant role in the anxious thoughts and feelings we experience daily.
