We're out the way in one of the fields, we can enjoy the sunshine, and focus on form and some exercises you can do at home if the gym is just too scary to start with.
I would like to take this moment to point out that the "terrifying" personality trainers are normally lovely anyway, and the gym is one of the best places to be. But, baby steps to work up to it!
