Let's talk about it! Let's have the uncomfortable conversations where a failure has led to success, to be candid and honest about the struggles of entrepreneurship. Having these conversations helps others learn, gives them insight into what to expect, how to handle a situation and gives everyone an opportunity to connect and have a conversation with someone new, someone who has been there, done that.
