Welcome to Fuckup Nights Hamilton, a speaker series and community that's part of a growing global movement, sharing stories of business and professional failure. Each month, in events across the globe, we get three to four people to get up in front of a room full of strangers to share their own professional fuckup. The stories of the business that crashes and burns, the partnership deal that goes sour, the product that has to be recalled, we tell them all.

Fuckup Nights Hamilton takes place about once or twice a month and features awesome speakers, food and drinks. We offer a comfortable atmosphere and safe space to tell your story without fear or judgement. We aim to help normalize professional failure and bring those stories to light rather than hide them. We all fail, let's learn from our failures and succeed together!

By becoming a Member of our community, you are agreeing to uphold professional conduct, treat all individuals with respect, and ensure the proper maintenance of event facilities. You acknowledge your responsibility for any accidents or damages caused by your actions. Furthermore, you expressly agree not to hold us, the local volunteer team, or any event supporters liable for losses, damages, injuries, or unforeseeable incidents. You commit to consuming alcoholic beverages responsibly.

Photography and Recording Notice: Your attendance at Fuckup Nights Hamilton implies your consent to being present in an environment where photography, audio recordings, and video recordings may take place. Upon entering the event premises, you grant permission for interviews, photography, audio recording, and/or video recording. You also provide your consent for these materials to be released, publicized, displayed, or reproduced for purposes such as news coverage, webcasts, promotions, social media, advertising, website inclusion, and any other relevant use by Fuckup Nights Hamilton.

Fuckup Nights Hamilton retains the right, without issuing refunds or compensation, to deny entry to individuals whose behaviour is disorderly or inappropriate.

Alterations to Speakers and Programs: Fuckup Nights Hamilton may modify, withdraw, or substitute speakers and/or make changes to advertised schedules, event timings, seating plans, and audience capacities without prior notification.

Event Contingencies: Fuckup Nights Hamilton reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt, or terminate the event due to adverse weather conditions, hazardous situations, or any other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

You acknowledge that participating in our Events involves inherent risks. You willingly and voluntarily assume all such risks, hazards, and potential dangers, including the possibility of personal injury, harm, violence, property damage, or loss during each event, arising from event-related activities.

In exchange for permission to engage in each Event, you and any authorized representative release, absolve from liability, and forever discharge Fuckup Nights Hamilton and Global, as well as their organizers, attendees, volunteers, agents, trainees, contractors, and employees, from any and all claims, including negligence, actions, and demands for damages, losses, or injuries arising from or connected to your participation in the event.
