It's back this fall and winter! The FTP Builder Challenge! Increase cycling power (FTP) while building aerobic fitness with us! This is a great class for cyclists, triathletes, runners, general fitness enthusiasts or anyone who wants to drastically improve their fitness and FTP!Join our cycling coaches for this 4 month program on early Sunday mornings (will end by 8:45am). We will start in November and will build the class from 1 to 3 hours by March...just in time for spring outdoor riding! We will do monthly FTP Challenges to monitor our growth.
